  • Fill out this made-to-order/ custom order form to begin your request. The information you provide helps determine whether I can take on your project.

  • Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date your invoice is paid for your custom to be complete.

  • Made-to-order requests that are our original designs & only require a specific size or general color palette are no additional charge. Any other customizations or specific requests may require additional charge due to the additional time and detail involved.

  • Every upcycled piece is unique, and may have slight variations to the original designs. I will do my best to match color, fabric & designs to your preferences.

  • Once your form is reviewed, you’ll receive an email or text with a response and a quote.
